Three Creeks Brewing 2018 Fall Brewers Dinner
On Thursday, November 1st, Three Creeks Brewing will host its 2018 Fall Brewers Dinner at its brewpub in Sisters, Oregon. This annual dinner will pair Three Creeks’ beers with a four course meal created by the pub’s culinary team. The dinner will begin at 6:00pm will full details below.

Mushroom and bacon ravioli Alfredo
Beer pairing: McKay’s Scottish Ale
Salad
Roasted beet and spinach salad with chèvre and citrus vinaigrette

Entrée
Beer brined rack of lamb with cherry glaze and Chocolate Porter reduction sauce served with a minted risotto and sautéed kale
Beer pairing: Frontier Justice Coffee Stout
Dessert
Sweet potato and cranberry tart
