Northwest Industrial Neighborhood Beverage Crawl
|As the Northwest Industrial area of Portland transitions into a hub for the finer beverages in life the local wineries, breweries and cidery will host Northwest Industrial Neighborhood Beverage Crawl on Saturday, May 20th.
Portland Brewing, Sasquatch Brewing, Boedecker Cellars, and Leah Jørgensen Cellars at Staver Locomotive are opening its doors, bottles and taps from 1:00-5:00pm with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the local Friendly House. Each of the four locations will offer their own food and drink specials. Here’s a breakdown on the offerings at each location.
Portland Brewing — $15 for a flight of five 6 oz. delicious beers of your choosing and an appetizer of wings.
Sasquatch Brewery/New West Cider — Will be offering brewery tours, discounted beer, and a free 16 oz. Sasquatch glass with the purchase of a pint. (no minors allowed at Sasquatch)
Boedecker Cellars Winery + Tasting Room — $15 entry fee includes a flight of four wines, music by guitarist Tommy Houston, wine friendly appetizers and a Boedecker Cellars shatterproof glass with wine purchase.
Leah Jørgensen Cellars — Will offer tastings of their wines for purchase, live music, and small seasonal bites.
Boedecker Cellars produces premium Pinot Noir and other varietals from the Willamette Valley, while Leah Jørgensen Cellars specializes in “Loiregon” Cabernet Franc and other varietals inspired by France’s Loire Valley but grown in Southern Oregon.
