Brews for New Avenues Presents Cocktails for a Cause Supporting New Avenues for Youth

Brews for New Avenues is partnering up with Dregs Vodka for a beer themed Cocktails for a Cause event that will be a fundraiser for New Avenues for Youth. The class will take place on Friday, April 23 beginning at 6:00pm. Cocktails for a Cause will led via Zoom and instructed by Lydia McLuen, Bar Director at KEX in NE Portland.

There are two types of tickets for sale. One ticket ($30) is for the class only, as you’ll supply all of the ingredients, including the $23.45 bottle of Dregs Vodka. Another ticket ($65) is for the class, the cocktail ingredients (enough for 2 participants), and a 750mL bottle of Dregs Vodka available for pick up or delivered to your door (Portland Metro only) prior to the class.

Best of all, 100% of proceeds will support New Avenues, so don’t forget to share with your friends! New Avenues is dedicated to the prevention and intervention of youth homelessness. They meet youth where they are – and help them get where they want to go.

Listed below are the two recipes with the ingredients necessary to make a Who’s Zoomin’ Who and Come Dancing cocktails.

1.5 oz Dregs Vodka
0.5 oz Dimmi Liqueur
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
0.25 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Culmination Brewing Sour Flower Beer
3 slices cucumber
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Orange Slice

1 oz Dregs Vodka
0.5 oz Campari
0.5 oz Combier Framboise Raspberry Liqueur
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Little Beast Tiger Team Hazy IPA Beer
