10 Barrel Brewing’s Pub Beer Celebrates Wet January with Leonardo DiCheapio
As of late, January can be a somber month for those seeking the comfort at a bar. To assist in alleviating this, 10 Barrel Brewing and it budget priced Pub Beer is offering solace to abandoned drinking buddies.
The annual, month-long act of repentance of Dry January has resurfaced. It’s a month where you may not see your buddy at the bar for 31 days while they take a break from enjoying some fun nights while forgoing beers with their buddies. 10 Barrel Brewing wants to fight this with its champion of cheap fun, Leonardo DiCheapio.
Store-brand Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCheapio has officially joined forces with Pub Beer to be the face of what the brewer calls Wet January. This is the new, month-long countermovement for beer drinkers in support of deserted pub mates and lonely bartenders around the world. Emerging from a smokey old pool room, DiCheapio—the biggest celebrity willing to accept beer as payment—is here to kick off the newfound cultural phenomenon and keep the good times flowing all month long. It’s high time we give the victims of Dry January a voice, and it only cost us a six-pack.
In the name of Cheap Fun., DiCheapio will be hosting a series of giveaways, fundraisers and mega-limited beer sales throughout Wet January in service of the forgotten friends who need it the most. If you’re one of the lonely drinkers this January, follow @CheapFunBeer on Instagram to stay apprised on the celebration or call 1-833-69CHEAP for a helping hand from DiCheapio himself. Just remember to never leave a friend dry!
