Cascade Brewing Releases Sang Noir 2016
Portland’s Cascade Brewing has released Sang Noir 2016 in both bottle and on draft. This release will be making its way throughout Cascade Brewing’s distribution footprint and it is currently available at Cascade Brewing Barrel House and the Raccoon Lodge.
Sang Noir is described as a blend of imperial red ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to two years with Bing cherries. The darkest in Cascade’s series of “Sang” projects, Sang Noir features flavors of dark roast malts, bourbon, black cherries and port wine. It comes in at 10.1% ABV.
Then next month Cascade Brewing will release two other beers with One Way or Another, a collaboration with Bruery Terreux, on September 12th and Vitis Noble 2016 on September 19th.
