Cascade Brewing to Release Cash Nelson and Pineapple Dragon

(Portland, OR – September 2, 2021) Cascade Brewing has announced the releases of Pineapple Dragon and Cash Nelson on Friday September 3rd. Pineapple Dragon features a blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 16 months with pineapple and pink dragon fruit. Brandishing a fiery pink hue, this limited release offers flavors of fresh pineapple, kiwi, pear, watermelon, and hint of white peppercorn. Pineapple Dragon will be available in draft kegs and 250 ml cans.

Cash Nelson features sour golden ale aged on oak barrels and foudres for up to 10 months then dry-hopped with Cashmere and Nelson Sauvin hops. Like the legendary outlaw country stars, Cash Nelson plays by its own rules, breaking the boundaries of style and convention. Cash Nelson will be available in draft kegs and 12 oz cans.

Both Pineapple Dragon and Cash Nelson will be available locally at the Cascade Brewing Barrel House at 939 SE Belmont Street and online at CascadeBrewing.shop for local pickup only. It will be made available through the brewery’s distribution network beginning September 7th.
