Threshold Brewing Debuts Two Bottled Holiday Beers
Threshold Brewing & Blending is set to release two new bottled holiday beers that offer up two choices from opposite ends of the beer spectrum. Beginning on Saturday, December 19, Threshold Brewing will release Holiday Bubble and Wrapped in Casimir, both in 22 oz bottles and on draft. Bottle pre-order is now open online at $14 per bottle.

Holiday Bubble
Mixed-Culture Grisette conditioned on cranberries
Featured in the 2020 Oregonian holiday beer wishlist, ‘Holiday Bubble’ is a delightfully tart and PINK mixed-culture farmhouse grisette conditioned on cranberries for successful merry-making. Skip the champagne this year and go for the Holiday Bubble. 5.3% ABV
Wrapped in Casimir
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout conditioned on orange peel, cocoa and crushed cardamom pods ~Aged in whiskey barrels for 12 months~
A blend of our whiskey barrel-aged ‘Casimir the Great’ imperial stout with our ‘Jack Knife’ barrel-aged milk stout* – conditioned on orange peel, cocoa and crushed cardamom pods. A bigger mouthfeel and balanced with citrus and spice, ‘Wrapped in Casimir’ is a festive winter blend wrapped up in a big boozy barrel-aged stout blanket. 10% ABV
