Von Ebert Brewing 2025 Beer Releases, Collaborations and Grand Opening

Von Ebert Brewing 2025 Beer Release Calendar

This year will be a huge one for Von Ebert Brewing, as the brewery that was founded in 2018 is set to open its first large scale production brewery and tasting room to the public on Zwickelmania next month. The brewery has recently announced its 2025 beer release calendar that includes a collaboration series with the first one, Eternal Somewhere, to debut today at Moon & Sixpence in Portland, Oregon.

In 2025, Von Ebert Brewing will go to market with six core year-round beers, with the first four available as 12-ounce 6-packs. This includes its Volatile Substance NW IPA, Sector 7 Hazy IPA, PilsClubhaus American Light Lager, Drink Me Potion Raspberry Tart Ale, and Waning Echoes American Stout

“In 2025, you’ll see Von Ebert Brewing focusing on what we do best – Lagers and IPAs,” said Sam Pecoraro, brewmaster of Von Ebert Brewing, in a press release. “While we’ll also offer other styles, including fruited mixed culture beers, this brewery will continue to evolve traditional beers to satisfy customers. And we’re excited to collaborate with friends throughout the West Coast and offer more of our core beers in 12-ounce 6-packs in Northwest bars, bottleshops and grocery stores.”

In addition to its core beers, Von Ebert Brewing will brew at least 20 other beers in 2025 including collaborations with the following award-winning breweries:

  • Fort George Brewery, Astoria, Oregon (February)
  • Russian River Brewing Company, Santa Rosa, California (April)
  • ISM Brewing, Long Beach, California (June)
  • Green Creek Beer Co., Orange, California (August)
  • Shred Beer Company, Rocklin, California (October)
  • Cloudburst Brewing, Seattle, Washington (December)

The first of these collaboration beers makes its debut today, Eternal Somewhere that was brewed with Fort George Brewery. This is a West Coast Pilsner that is sure to delight hop heads across the Pacific Northwest.

“This collaboration helps us continue to live up to our brand of being a brewery where tradition meets evolution – taking a classic Pilsner and putting our West Coast spin on it to make a very tasty beer,” said Scott Peterson, Quality, Compliance & Maintenance Lead at Von Ebert Brewing, in a press release.

Join members of both brewery teams at Moon & Sixpence located at 2014 NE 42nd Avenue in Portland, Oregon for the release party on Thursday, January 30, 2025, from 4:00 – 8:00pm. Eternal Somewhere West Coast Pilsner will also be available on draft at all Von Ebert Brewing and Fort George Brewing locations as well as in 4-pack, 16-ounce cans to-go and in Northwest bars, bottle shops and grocery stores.

To keep up with this beer release schedule, Von Ebert Brewing recently left its original brewery in Portland’s Pearl District, that was once home to Fat Head’s Brewery, for the North Mississippi neighborhood. There they have taken over the former home of Ecliptic Brewing located at 800 N Cook Street.

This new production space will allow Von Ebert to increase its production and distribution from 4,000 barrels per year to as much as 20,000 barrels per year. But with this new location, there will be some changes to the building. There will be no in-house kitchen as Ecliptic Brewing once had. This also means that Von Ebert will not be serving its oh so tasty full-size chicken wings.

In its place will be will be a few food trucks, including HarBQ as its anchor food purveyor. You may know HarBQ for its wood smoked meats when its sets up shop out in front of The BeerMongers and at other spots around the Rose City. It’ll make for a nice option when enjoying a few beers!

Look for the new location of Von Ebert Brewing at 800 N. Cook Street to open to the public on Saturday, February 22, 2025, which also happens to be the Oregon Brewers Guild’s 17th annual Zwickelmania!
