Zupan’s Markets & Cascade Brewing Partner on Farm To Market Sour Ale

PORTLAND, Ore (June 27, 2023) – Zupan’s Markets has partnered with Portland’s Cascade Brewing to develop the 24th beer in the grocer’s Farm-to-Market lineup. The foudre-aged gose is a tart and juicy sour ale, made with citrus zest, tarragon, coriander and Jacobsen sea salt.

This tropical ale is the first sour ale in the Farm-to-Market lineup and is exclusively available at all three Zupan’s Markets locations. The beer is sold in single 12-ounce cans for $5.99 or as a 4-pack for $$22.75. The beer will only be available for a limited time.

“Zupan’s Markets is thrilled to partner with Cascade Brewing for the very first sour ale in our Farm-to-Market lineup,” said Zupan’s Markets President and CEO Mike Zupan. “Cascade is a pioneer in the Oregon brewing scene and the sour beer movement. This tart and juicy gose is a lovely summer quencher, the perfect beer to enjoy on the patio or on the boat with your feet up and your shades on.”
