Menu:
Mixology 101 –
–featuring the 411 on how to make yummy cocktails with our favorite in- house bartenders
Starter – sage and honey cornbread cooked in cast iron skillet
Side – roasted fall vegetables with rye bread stuffing
Side – balsamic glazed cippolini onions with pomegranate seeds
Side – Hard cider braised turnip greens with turnips and apples
Side – Butternut squash gratin with goat cheese and hazel nuts
Accompaniment – cranberry, pear and ginger chutney
Dessert – upside down cranberry cake.
