Hopworks Beer Pairing Dinner @ Trellis Restaurant
|Trellis, a wine country-inspired restaurant that celebrates small scale, artisan products at the height of their seasonality, will host Portland, Ore.-based organic brewers Ben Love and Jamie Rodriguez of Hopworks Urban Brewery for a beer pairing dinner on Friday, May 27.
Hopworks is Portland’s first Eco-Brewpub offering world-class beer. Hopworks incorporates a range of sustainable practices in their operation, and makes every effort to protect our future with a thoughtful alternative.
In honor of Hopworks visit to Kirkland, Chef Brian Scheehser has created a special dinner menu featuring artisan meats from Tails & Trotters. Each course will be paired with five of Hopworks’ organic brews including HUB Lager, Deluxe Organic Ale, Rise Up Red, Ace of Spades Imperial IPA and 7 Grain Stout.

Those who reserve seats at the Hopworks dinner are eligible for a discounted stay at the Heathman Hotel on the night of the dinner. Guests are able to reserve a room for $119.
