Upright to Re-Release Gose at the Grain & Gristle
Monday April 11th marks the re-release of Upright’s Gose bier. This beer is one of the brewery’s absolute favorite releases. Last year it garnered a medal at the World Beer Cup in Chicago. Gose is a nearly extinct style of wheat beer from Germany that is brewed with coriander and salt and is both light, refreshing, slightly tart and yet has a subtle salt finish that leaves you wanting another. The Grain & Gristle will be selling bottles to go and have it on tap with some kind of special food pairing the kitchen will be cooking up.

Angelo grew up in Maine and is proud to call New England his original home. Cascadia is now his home. He fell in love with great beer in Oregon, Washington, and Northern California.
