Bazi 3rd Year Anniversary
With Memorial Day fast approaching, what better way to get back into the swing of things after this glorious three day weekend than to stop by Bazi Bierbrasserie to celebrate their 3rd year in business. On Tuesday, May 27th from 5:00 to 10:00pm join the celebration at Bazi for their 3rd Year Anniversary.
Recently voted one of the “2014 Top 100 Beer Bars in America” by DRAFT Magazine, Bazi is the premiere Belgian beer bar in Portland. Bazi brings centuries of Belgian inspired beer and food under one roof plus a premium liquor selection. They are known equally well for their Belgian beer as they are for their cocktails. Bazi is an official Thorns, Timbers and American Outlaws partner and showcase these and other events on their massive 114″ HDTV.
On Tuesday make your way to Bazi to come watch soccer, drink some beers and enjoy a complimentary slice of Jaciva’s birthday cake.
Here’s an outline of the 3rd Anniversary festivities:
5:00 PM until Close – Last year, Hilda, Bazi’s owner brewed a collaboration beer at Lompoc to commemorate their 2nd Year Anniversary. Some of the Forbidden Fruit saison was saved and transferred to a French oak pinot noir barrel from De Ponte Cellars of Dundee, Oregon. The beer has been aging for over 11 months and on this night you can sample the non-aged and barrel-aged versions side by side for $6 – 5 oz pours of each.
6:30 PM – Grab a complimentary slice of award winning Jaciva’s cake made exclusively to pair with the Forbidden Fruit saison.
7:00 PM – The USMNT is going to Brazil! Part of the “World Cup Send off” series. Watch the USMNT match versus Azerbaijan live with sound on the big screen.
Enjoy food and drink specials until closing plus a chance to win Portland Thorns and Timbers tickets to a future match during the USMNT half time show.
Congratulations on three years!!
