Oakshire Brewing To Host Cascade Brewers Society Learn To Homebrew Day on Saturday
|EUGENE, OR (October 23, 2015) – Local homebrew beer club, the Cascade Brewers Society, is once again teaming up with Oakshire Brewing to celebrate National Learn to Homebrew Day on Saturday, November 7 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Oakshire’s Public House at 207 Madison Street in Eugene. Members of the club will be on hand to demonstrate and explain the process of making your own beer at home. A variety of equipment and methods will be demonstrated, for beginning to advanced brewers. In addition, Oakshire’s taps will be pouring a great variety of inspired beers and food trucks will be on hand to provide delicious food. Folks from Eugene and beyond are invited to watch demonstrations, ask questions, and, of course, taste some great beer and food. Come see how easy it is to make your own beer to your own tastes!
Learn to Homebrew Day was established by the American Homebrewers Association (AHA) in 1999 to encourage people to homebrew. HomebrewersAssociation.org is full of homebrewing information visitors can access to create their own beer batches. Learn to Homebrew Day sites are held all around the world so people can learn how to brew or teach others how to make beer. For more information about the Learn to Homebrew event, contact Denny Conn at beerguy@cvcable.com.
