2025 Rip City Ale Fest Returns on Friday from the Portland Trail Blazers
The Portland Trail Blazers have been playing some great basketball as of late and are riding a three game winning streak. On Friday, March 21st, the Blazers will host its Rip City Ale Fest beginning at 4:00pm inside Dr. Jacks on the south end of the Rose Quarter campus before the team takes on the Denver Nuggets. Plus, this game is one that’ll honor the Blazers of the early 1990s!.
The Rip City Ale Fest is a pregame event that makes for a perfect afternoon for beer and basketball lovers across the Pacific Northwest. The fest will feature over 10 breweries and ciders providing samples to guests ages 21+, with food available for purchase, and March Madness basketball on televisions throughout Dr. Jacks. An Ale Fest ticket package includes a ticket to the Trail Blazers vs. Nuggets game, 10 sampling tickets (Ages 21+), a commemorative tasting cup, and a raffle entry for a special Trail Blazers prize.

Finals Flashback: Honoring the ’90 & ’92 NBA Finals Team
Then when the game tipoffs at 7:00pm, the Trail Blazers will honor its teams from 1990 and 1992 that played in the NBA Finals each of those campaigns. Throughout the pre-game and continuing into the post-game, the Blazers will be highlight those two magnificent NBA seasons. Coached by Rick Adelman, he led those Blazers to the top of the Western Conference. It’ll be great to re-live the plays of Clyde Drexler, Terry Porter, Jerome Kersey, Danny Ainge, Kevin Duckworth, and Cliff Robinson to name just a few!
And now the current Trail Blazers are coming in hot over the second half of the 2024 – 2025 NBA Season. The team in on a three game win streak and are currently battling for a playoff spot. Yes, our young team is building some great rapport on the court and are gelling at the right time!
