Uptown Beer Co. to Host 2022 Laidback Lagerfest

PORTLAND, Oregon –  Uptown Beer Co. is hosting its second annual Laidback Lagerfest, this year benefiting the Portland Chapter of the Surfrider foundation. Kick back and enjoy those summer vibes at our Laidback Lagerfest, Saturday August 27th, 3 pm – 6 pm. With over 20 lagers on tap, the selection will showcase the diverse styles of lagers from dark to light.  Featuring a raffle with prizes, tasty summer snacks MidCity SmashBurger, and live music by Avi Haviv, a local guitarist, check out their music at https://avimuzo.com/.

Featuring mostly local and Northwest breweries, this year’s lineup includes Block 15, Heater Allen, Sasquatch, LEVEL, BinaryBrewing.co, Gigantic, Urban Family, Away Days, Occidental Paction, ecliptic and Threshold to name a few, as well as a few collaborations. Tickets are on sale now at www.uptownbeer.co. Each ticket comes with a commemorative pint glass, 5 samples, sticker and donation to the Surf Rider Foundation.

The Surfrider Foundation, founded 37 years ago in Malibu, CA is dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s ocean, waves and beaches, for all people, through a powerful activist network. The Portland Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation’s work is focused on keeping it clean upstream through programs including Ocean Friendly Restaurants, Green Streets, Rise Above Plastics, Hold On To Your Butt programs and our Blue Water Task Force water quality monitoring program facilitated by the Surfrider North Coast Chapter.
