Previewing the 2023 Under the Big Sky Festival
|Situated on the 350-acre Big Mountain Ranch in Whitefish, Montana, the Under the Big Sky Music, Rodeo and Roundup Festival is set to begin later this week. The festival that is hosted by Outriders Presents, brings together a fantastic musical lineup of alt-country, outlaw country, American, bluegrass, folk and rock music over three days from July 14 – 16, 2023.
Headliners for the fourth installment of Under the Big Sky include Zach Bryan, Caamp and Country Music Hall of Famer Hank Williams Jr. And if this is not enough, the support acts are all at the top of their game including Whiskey Meyers, Ryan Bingham, Elle King, Colter Wall, Charlie Crocket, The Dead South and more!
Under the Big Sky Festival debuted in 2019 and returned after a one-year hiatus in 2021 and 2022. Held on the scenic operational Big Mountain Ranch, the setting offers a nature lover’s paradise of grassy prairies set alongside forested hills and a running creek with a backdrop of Whitefish Mountain Resort. And as an added bonus, it’s located just 30 miles from Glacier National Park.
Events will kick off on Friday with the Under the Big Sky Rodeo that’s followed by an evening lineup of five bands that’s headlined by Cammp.
