When Claim 52 Brewing opens its doors to its new brewery taproom in Eugene, Oregon’s Whiteaker neighborhood, it’ll partner with Seasoned to operate the kitchen and provide all food offerings. The new location at 232 Lincoln in the former home of WildCraft Cider Works is expected to open in May 2025. But to garner a preview of what to come, both Claim 52 and Seasoned will be part of this year’s Chef’s Night Out taking place on Monday, April 7, 2025.

According to the brewery, its new Lincoln Street location will significantly enhance the Claim 52 experience with diverse seating options including a main taproom, mezzanine, outdoor patio, game area, and an intimate Chef’s Table. Guests will enjoy views of the brewing operations through windows in the front taproom, plus the added convenience of ample parking.

“Our new Lincoln Street location marks an important evolution in Claim 52’s story,” said owner Jeremiah Marsden. “With significantly more space for gathering, events, and multiple seating areas, we can finally offer the brewery experience we’ve always wanted to create. I’m putting my craftsman skills to work by personally building our bars and shelving from beautiful local Oregon walnut, making this space truly one-of-a-kind.”

Seasoned, owned by Garrett and Felicia Kirsch, will bring gastro pub forward with a Northwest flare menu to the brewery, offering lunch, dinner, catering, and specialty pop-up events. In addition, the Chef’s Table area will provide an exclusive dining experience for 12 guests, available by reservation only with two seatings three times weekly. Seasoned has already established its culinary credentials with an honorable mention for best bite at last years Chef’s Night Out and first place in the Lane County Farmers Market cooking competition.

“Joining forces with Claim 52 gives us the perfect venue to showcase our culinary vision,” said Seasoned’s co-owner and head chef Garrett Kirsch. “Our commitment to quality and creativity starts with our incredible local partners. From the fresh organic produce at Groundworks Organics to the exceptional meats from Anderson Ranch Beef and the seasonal harvests from Long Table Farm. We even collaborate with local artisans like Friendship Station Pottery for our tableware. These local relationships inspire every dish we create, allowing us to build a menu that resonates with the creativity and craftsmanship found in Claim 52’s beer portfolio.”
