3rd Annual No Wheat? No Sweat Gluten Free Beer Dinner

Portland, OR – Got a new beer resolution? Bazi Bierbrasserie and Merchant Duvin importers are teaming up for the 3rd Annual No Wheat? No Sweat gluten free dining experience on Wednesday, January 21 starting at 7 PM.

During the seminar, participants will get to:

• Learn about gluten-free beverage options
• Choose between a beer or cider / food pairing option
• Experience some of the world’s top ranked gluten-free beverages

The 3-course menu includes the following:

Starter
Roasted Beets with Chevre, Grapefruit, Mint
Paired with Green’s Tripel Blonde Ale OR Crispin The Saint Cider

Main Course
Carnaroli Rice Risotto, Cheddar Frico, Roasted Cauliflower, Turnip, Beet Greens
Paired with Green’s IPA OR Wandering Aengus Dry Hop Cider

Dessert
Pistachio Panna Cotta with Red Berry Gelee
Green’s Dubbel Dark Ale OR Samuel Smith Organic Apple Cider
