Elysian Brewing Debuts Juice Dust Juicy IPA
First there was Space Dust, then Dank Dust and now comes Juice Dust! Elysian Brewing continues to expand its very popular and top selling Space Dust IPA to new levels with the new Juice Dust Juicy IPA.
Though it’s a juicy IPA, Juice Dust is filtered and pours quite clear! A bit of a pleasant surprise as most IPAs with juice in the name end up being hazy. Juice Dust boasts aromas of orange, guava, and tropical fruit alongside succulent hop flavors with balanced bitterness and a hint of sweetness. To achieve this favorable juicy flavor, the brew team at Elysian adds real orange juice during brewing process. Yes, the brewery actually admits this which is a nice surprise. This offers up fruity notes while also satisfying those craving a subtle bitterness with a unique twist. At 8.2% ABV, Elysian Brewing has come up with a satisfying Double IPA that is both contemporary and one that honors the rich tradition of Northwest IPAs.
Juice Dust IPA is currently on tap at all three of Elysian’s local Seattle pub locations: Elysian Fields, Capitol Hill, and the Elysian Taproom. Additionally, 6-pack 12 oz. cans of Juice Dust IPA are regionally available at selected retailers in Washington, Oregon, and California.
Further West Coast availability, along with the expansion of 19.2oz cans, is expected in March. In the same month, Juice Dust will make its national debut as part of the Elysian Imperial IPA Mix Pack, joining Space Dust, Dank Dust and Full Contact to make for one fine IPA variety pack!
