In addition to the wit, another new beer was also on tap, the Hopworks “300” is what brewer Ben Love describes as “a new style of beer (Hopworks) made up.” Referred to as a Summer Strong Ale, the 7% ABV,45 IBU brew possessed a bready, mealy, crisp body with a well-masked alco-malt spine.
