Salem Ale Works 2nd Anniversary Party in the Parking Lot
|
(Salem, OR) – Salem Ale Works (SAW) will recognize their two year anniversary by once again throwing a party in the parking lot. The special celebration is slated for Saturday, August 15, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the brewery and tasting room, which is located at 2027 25th Street SE in Salem.
The celebration will include a family-friendly outdoor beer garden, yard games, live music, and food from local food trucks Chad’s Smokin’ BBQ and Island Girl’s Lunchbox.
The foot stomping sounds of Silverton’s Dead Wood Standing will kick off at 6:30 p.m., followed by the bluesy rock of Salem’s Gabriel Cox at 8:30 p.m.
SAW was founded by college friends and former wild land firefighters Justin Ego and Jake Bonham. The friends’ shared experiences and love of great craft beer gave rise to the formation of a nano-brewery in 2013.
“The amount of support and encouragement we have received from our loyal customers and the greater Salem community over the last two years has been humbling,” says Justin. “Two years calls for a celebration, and celebrate we shall.”
