Sierra Nevada's Bigfoot Fermentation Time-Lapse
This video comes to us from the brewers out of Chico, CA. Check out Sierra Nevada’s Bigfoot Barleywine Style Ale thrashing over six days in four traditional open fermenters. We release this beast of a beer, introduced in the winter of 1983, each January. This years Bigfoot is scheduled for a January 31st release.
