Two Beers Brewing of Seattle, WA has announced the release of two new limited edition beers sure to strike the interest of craft beer enthusiasts. These include a hoppy brown ale and one of the boldest India Pale Ales yet to be unleashed anywhere. Say hello to the Ascension Triple IPA, clocking in at 18.2% ABV and the Backcountry Cascadian Brown Ale from Two Beers. Here’s the details fro the brewery:
Brewed as a flagship beer for the upcoming Seattle International Beerfest (SIB) and Portland International Beerfest (PIB), Ascension Triple IPA is the most powerful beer brewed by Two Beers Brewing yet and one of only a few of its kind in the Pacific Northwest at 18.2 percent ABV and 100+ IBUs. Our Backcountry Cascadian Brown Ale (CBA) – a bit hoppier than the standard malt forward Brown Ale – is equally as unique featuring notes of toffee, roasted caramel and molasses, with a slight spice resulting from the Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops used.
