Anderson Valley Brewing Releases Gose Variety Pack

With a new refreshed look in 2021, Anderson Valley Brewing brings together its very popular Fruited Gose lineup in a Gose Variety Pack.

Perfect for any outdoor adventure, the new Gose Variety 12 Pack features three cans each of its four fruited Gose beers. This includes Briney Melon Gose, Cherry Gose, Framboise Rose Gose, and Blood Orange Gose.

The entire lineup is available year-round to satisfy and sour beer desires. Each flavor is brewed with a malt bill of Pale Two-Row, Malted White Wheat, and Rice Hulls and Chinook hops. All four Goses sit at 4.2% ABV, 12 IBUs, and 120 calories.

Here’s a brief rundown on each flavor as provided by Anderson Valley Brewing Co.

Blood Orange Gose
Our Blood Orange Gose is an expression of how great a kettle soured beer can be. A careful hand during the souring process and liberal additions of blood oranges during fermentation impart tangy citrus notes that complement the bright gose flavors, creating a complex and sessionable ale perfect for any occasion.

Briney Melon Gose
Born from our passion for experimentation, our Briney Melon Gose boasts a thirst-quenching tartness that is perfectly balanced by subtle watermelon flavors and aromas. Gentle additions of sea salt create a refreshing harmony between the acidity and fruity sweetness leading to clean, dry finish.

Cherry Gose
Brewed with the juice of Montmorency sour cherries from Michigan, this kettle-soured beer is a burst of flavors and aromas. Bright cherry flavors mingle with the salty tartness of the Gose to create a uniquely complex and refreshing drinking experience.

Framboise Rose Gose
Rose hips and fresh raspberry puree make our Framboise Rose Gose an unforgettable kettle-soured beer. With a light ruby hue, floral rose aromatics and subtle raspberry fruit notes and greet the nose and fall soft on the palate; fresh berry flavors mingle with the salty tartness of gose to create a uniquely complex and refreshing drinking experience.

Both Blood Orange Gose and Briney Melon Gose have suggested food pairings of Grilled Chicken or Fish, Salads, and Chevre. The other two, Cherry Gose and Framboise Rose Gose are suggested to pair with Light Salads w/vinaigrette, Cherry Cheesecake, or Goat Cheese.
