Double Mountain Brewery Returns with Fa La La La La Winter Ale
It’s not too early to be on the lookout for winter beers as Double Mountain Brewery & Cidery returns with its fan favorite, Fa La La La La Winter Ale. Once again, this year’s version has been packaged in 6-pack, 12oz bottles and on draft.
In brewing Fa La La La La Winter Ale, Double Mountain sets forth with loads of Centennial hops that should bring forth flavors of citrus alongside a bit of resinous characters. This is all balanced out with Pilsner and Crystal malts to create a beer that sits at 7.5% ABV 85 BUs.
“Well Ho Ho Ho and a bottle of yum!” said Matt Coughlin, Double Mountain’s Lead Brewer, in a statement. “What can possibly go wrong with Centennials that smell this good? It’s got a well balanced pop, and sings with fruited evergreen.”
Fa La La La La Winter Ale is available at the brewery’s Hood River Taproom, SE Portland Taproom in the Woodstock neighborhood, and throughout the Northwest.
