Silver City Brewery Releases Wet Hop Tropic Haze IPA
Silver City Brewery is well known for its Tropic Haze IPA and since its hop harvest, the brewer has just released its once-a-year version. Yes, Wet Hop Tropic Haze IPA has returned in 4-pack, 16 ounce cans for a limited time.
For 2023, Wet Hop Tropic Haze IPA was brewed using freshly harvested whole-cone Amarillo hops right off the bine. These unkilned hops arrived in Bremerton, Washington within hours of being harvested and were used to brew this limited release Hazy IPA.
Amarillo hops specifically enhance Tropic Haze’s namesake tropical character, imparting distinct floral and citrus notes that are both fragrant and flavorful! Wet Hop Tropic Haze IPA sits at 6.4% ABV and 60 IBUs and is now available throughout the Pacific Northwest in cans and on draft.
