Zoiglhaus Brewing Releases Fresh Hop Zoigl-Kölsch, Oktoberfresh, and Galaxy Defender
Zoiglhaus Brewing has three beers hitting the marketplace in 16oz cans over the coming weeks. Look for Fresh Hop Zoigl-Kölsch, Oktoberfresh – Fresh Hopped Oktoberfest Lager, and Galaxy Defender Dry Hopped Pilsner. Upon first look at the Galaxy Defender label artwork we thought it was a collaboration with Ecliptic but this is not the case.
Here are additional details on all three beers.
Oktoberfresh Fresh Hopped Oktoberfest Lager
Brewed with 100lbs of fresh Abiqua (locally grown Hallertauer) added in the whirlpool. Oktoberfresh will be available in 4-pack, 16oz cans, 4 packs and on draft.
Fresh Hopped Zoigl-Kolsch
Our Classic Kolsch brewed with 75 lbs of fresh, local Tetnanger hops in the whirlpool. Fresh Hopped Zoigl-Kolsch will be 4-pack, 16oz cans, 4 packs and on draft.
Galaxy Defender Dry Hopped Pilsner
Dry hopped with Galaxy and Palisade for a robust, tropical aroma. Bone dry on the palette with a clean finish at 5.2% ABV 35 IBUs. Galaxy Defender is available in 19.2oz cans and on draft and will be in distribution.
