After last month’s successful launch of Hopworks Urban Brewery and New Deal Distillery collaboration on HUB Brewer’s Whiskey at the Hopworks, now 750mL bottles will be sold for carry out for one day only. With only 100 bottles of HUB Brewer’s Whiskey available to the general public, all bottles will go on sale on Saturday, December 17th at the Hopworks location on SE Powell from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
HUB Brewer’s Whiskey is a 3 year aged Oregon Whiskey or what local whiskey expert Stuart MacLean Ramsay described as a Cascadian Whiskey. This whiskey began as HUB Lager and was then distilled and was followed by aging for 3 years in a variety of American oak barrels. (Learn more about HUB Brewer’s Whiskey from our review last month by clicking here.)
This small allotment of HUB Brewer’s Whiskey will sell for $40.00 per 750mL bottle only on this day. This rare whiskey bottle sale is made possible by New Deal Distillery allowing for its liquor license to be used at Hopworks on this day only.
Hopworks will also have special packages for sale that include HUB whiskey glassware, and holiday gift card deals. If you’re looking for some unique holiday gifts, Hopworks has some fun offerings for you.
Up until now, HUB Brewer’s Whiskey has only been available by the glass at both Hopworks’ pubs. Don’t delay on picking up a bottle as this very limited run of HUB Brewer’s Whiskey is sure to sell out very quickly.
