Three Creeks Brewing Releases TenPine Chocolate Porter
|
After a successful launch this past fall, the second installment in Three Creeks Brewing specialty Desperado Series is now available. TenPine Chocolate Porter is pouring on draft and can be found in 22oz bottles.
TenPine Chocolate Porter is said to be a true chocoholic’s dream. This amped up version of Three Creeks’ popular FivePine Chocolate Porter features double the chocolate malt and double the dark Belgian chocolate in the boil along with organic Cacao nibs added in the conditioning tank. The beer clocks in at 8.4% ABV.
Launched in Fall 2014 with the release of Bulletproof Coffee Stout, the Desperado Series features a quarterly limited release of specialty beers. The 2015 Schedule features TenPine Chocolate Porter (Winter 2015), Stampede Ale (Spring 2015), Vaquero Imperial IPA (Summer 2015) and the return of Bulletproof Coffee Stout (Fall 2015).
In other news coming from Three Creeks Head Brewer, Zach Beckwith, informs us that the brewery’s third 12oz can, Knotty Blonde will be hitting the market in the coming weeks. Knotty Blonde joins Hoodoo Voodoo IPA and FivePine Porter to close out the Three Creeks year-round can beer lineup.
Three Creeks is currently brewing its new production brewery. Hindman’s Citra Blonde was the first brewed beer from the new facility. This beer will be hitting the taps any day now.
Then next month its new bottled spring seasonal will be launching. Three Creeks pub favorite, Firestorm Red, will be making its way to bottleshops across the Pacific Northwest.
With the upcoming Craft Brewers Conference arriving in Portland in mid-April craft beer fans will be seeing some collaboration beers being released during this time. Three Creeks is collaborating with fellow Central Oregon brewers, Worthy, Deschutes and McMenamins St. Francis School for this industry event.
And a congratulations goes out to Three Creeks for is recent Gold Medal for its Raptor Rye IPA at the Best of Craft Beer Awards in the rye beer category.
We visited your Three Creeks brewery a few years ago. However, I guess you don’t distribute your “Three Creeks, Ten Pine Chocolate Porter” “Desperado series” in a bottle, to our neck of the woods which is Roseburg, Oregon. Is there any place in Eugene,OR that has it? That isn’t to far to travel to get it. My husband is drinking the last bottle of it now, which he has saved.
