The oysters that will be served on the two Thursdays are Tørkes from Nevør Shellfish Farms in Netarts, Oregon. The 1500 or so oysters will be shucked to order by POP Oysters at $1.50 each or $16 for a dozen. They will be slurped down with special selections from each brewery.
On Thursday, March 7th, the oysters will be paired and slurped down with selections from Crux Fermentation Project including Battle Star IPA, Ex-Hop Pale and Crushing It Pale.
Chill N Fill is located in North Portland and is open Noon-11:00pm Sunday-Thursday and Noon-Midnight on Friday and Saturday.
