Chill N Fill Oyster Pop Up Bar with Gigantic Brewing
Chill N Fill is back at it with another Oyster Pop Up Bar. This time the North Portland beer hall will partner up with Gigantic Brewing this evening, Friday, March 1, from 5:00 – 9:00pm.
The oysters are from Salazar Shellfish and their farm on Hammersley Inlet. They will be paired with Gigantic Brewing’s Life or Death IPA, a collaboration with Wayfinder Beer and Spirit Bomb, a new IPA brewed with lemondrop and citra hops. The oysters are shucked to order at $12 for a ½ dozen or $22 for a dozen and served with lemon, hot sauce and white wine mignonette. The event is all ages.
Chill N Fill is open 11:30am-Midnight Tuesday-Saturday, 9:30am-10pm Sunday and 11:30am-10pm Monday. To learn more about Chill N Fill, visit chillnfill.com.
