Ground Breaker Brewing, the first 100% dedicated gluten-free brewery in the United States, is offering up 7th Ave Saison for their late-Spring seasonal. Their saison, a pale ale brewed in the refreshing farmhouse style originating from the French-speaking Wallonia region of Belgium, is an easy to drink gluten-free beer that lets the distinctive yeast and noble Fuggle hops speak for themselves.
At 4.7% alcohol by volume and 20 IBU, this cooling seasonal ale is a perfect fit for all manner of springtime activities. “Every year while brewing, as the first signs of Spring are making their appearance, we ask ourselves what we want to drink and this year it was a saison” said James Neumeister, head of R&D at Ground Breaker Brewing.
7th Ave Saison will be released Wednesday, April 27. Ground Breaker Gastropub will feature a paired menu for their Wednesday Supper. Ground Breaker is also featuring three Taproom Exclusives. 7th Ave Tarragon Saison, 7th Ave Lemon Saison, and 7th Ave Kumquat Saison. These Taproom Exclusives will only be available in the Ground Breaker Gastropub for a limited time.
