Burnside BrewingBurnside Brewing will be releasing their brew next Tuesday February 8th, and it’s one of their favorite beers.  Sweet Heat is a wheat beer with an addition of 200 pounds of apricots, then dry-hopped with imported Jamaican Scotch Bonnet peppers.  Reminiscent of a Caribbean chutney, Sweet Heat has a subtle tartness from the fruit with a slight spiciness from the peppers which also adds a fruitiness to the aroma.

4.9% ABV, 9 IBU

Also, it should be noted that there are new hours at the brewpub. They are now open at 3PM during the week, 2PM on the weekends. Cheers!
