10 Barrel West Diamond In a Rhinestone World Beer Dinner
When International Women’s Day is celebrated on March 8th, 10 Barrel Brewing will cap off the day with a special beer dinner. 10 Barrel West will host its Diamond In a Rhinestone World Beer Dinner in Bend, Oregon on Wednesday, March 8 at 6:00pm.
Inspired by the legendary Dolly Parton, this beer dinner will feature a special collaboration beer, Diamond in a Rhinestone World. This beer was brewed by three of 10 Barrel Brewing’s celebrated brewers – Tonya Cornett, Maddy McCarthy, and Jess Rezner.
With its Texas Glam theme, the four-course dinner and beer pairing will feature a menu of Texas BBQ from Chef Tony Schmidt. The trio of brewers will guide guests through each course with tasting notes and other stories of their time spent in the brewhouse.

Fresh Oregon Rockfish ceviche.
Paired with Crush – Sour ale Series
First Course:
Roasted leak and lemon grass soup garnished with grapefruit zest crème.
Paired with YUH – West Coast Pilsner
Main Course:
Agnolotti pasta stuffed with gouda and mesquite smoked brisket in brown butter and sage with a sun-dried tomato oil.
Paired with Diamond in a Rhinestone World – Collaboration Beer
Dessert:
Chardonnay poached Anjou pear, puff pastry filled with smoked clove custard.
Paired with Sabrina Morningstar – Belgian Strong Ale
