Presented by High River Sauces, the Portland Hot Sauce Expo is ready to spice up the mouths and stomachs of Portland residents when it returns from a two-year COVID induced slumber. The Hot Sauce Expo will take place at the OMSI Center Bridge Lot, just south of OMSI, on Saturday, August 13 and Sunday, August 14 from 10:00am – 6:00pm each day.
As expected, the two-day Portland Hot Sauce Expo will feature its popular Stage of Doom, where showcases and holds competitions throughout each day. Highlights include: Guinness Book of World Records Reaper Pepper Eating Contest, The Booze & Infuse Cocktail Competition, The Spicy Pizza of Doom, The Slaytanic Burrito and Bobbing For Reaper Peppers and others. There will also be live wrestling, food vendors, craft beer and specialty cocktails at the Hot Sauce Expo.

The results that we have witnessed in the past aren’t always that pretty! Spaces are limited so sign up today at email@example.com.
The current world record holder and owner of Inferno Farms Hot Sauce Company, Greg Foster will be at the Portland Hot Sauce Expo to witness if his current record will be broken. Also, Ed Currie the man who created the Carolina Reaper Pepper and owner of the Puckerbutt Pepper Company will have a booth at the Expo to showcase his sauces and let people sample the Carolina Reaper Pepper.
