Brewers Publications Releases Updated Draught Beer Quality Manual – 4th Edition

Ensuring a quality pour of draught beer is at the forefront of the 4th Edition of Draught Beer Quality Manual. The Brewers Association Draught Beer Quality Working Group began focusing on draught beer quality at retail in 2007.
