Rogue Ales latest in its ongoing collisions is with Paradise Beverages on its new Paradise Pucker. Recently Rogue has collided, or as many would say collaborated, with one of Hawaii’s beer distributors, Paradise Beverages. Paradise Pucker is said to be a Hawaiian-inspired sour ale brewed with passion fruit, orange and guava or simply put, ‘POG’.

Beginning on September 1, 2016, Paradise Pucker will hit store shelves in 22 oz. bottles throughout the islands of Hawaii. The connection that Rogue has to Hawaii runs deep as Rogue’s late founder, Jack Joyce, was a lifelong lover of the islands and also a part-time resident. Paradise Pucker was inspired by this admiration that Joyce had set forth.

“We’ve been wearing Tiki shirts for the last 768 Tuesdays,” stated Rogue President Brett Joyce in a news release. “So you could say we had some pre-existing inspiration to make a POG beer.”
