Sierra Nevada Brewing Dinner (Corvallis)

Well, it appears to be an incredible feast and if you like Sierra Nevada’s world renowned brews, check it out! Corvallis artisan wine and beer maker Joel Rea says:

It is with great pleasure that we get to announce a fantastic collaborative dinner between Corvallis Brewing Supply and Brad Burnheimer.  We are putting on an intimate dinner for 20 that embraces the four unique beers Sierra Nevada Brewing released in 2010 in celebration of their 30th anniversary.  The beers were very limited and we decided early on that we would hold the beers back for a very special event.

Brad Burnheimer is the sous chef and primary meat guy at Gathering Together Farm in Philomath, Oregon. While known for his charcuterie, sausages and confits, Burnheimer’s focus on fresh, quality farm products and his desire to constantly evolve as a chef translates to clean menus filled with richness and depth.

This year, Burnheimer begins offering fresh sausage and other meats for sale through his business, Burnheimer Meat Company.

“We eat for nourishment and for enjoyment. I want people to know that the meals they’re eating are prepared with attention and respect both toward the food, and toward our shared community.”

This dinner will be held at Corvallis Brewing Supply on Sunday, April 3rd starting at 4:30 pm. It is limited to 20 people and if you would like to attend please pre-pay at Corvallis Brewing Supply. Cost is $50 including gratuity.
