After attending last year’s TOAST, we can highly recommend this rare tasting for fans of high quality craft spirits. The 5th Annual Toast event is an opportunity to taste from a wide variety of over 120 spirits from across the Northwest, the Country and the Globe. Whether your spirit preference is Whiskey, Rum, Gin, Vodka, Tequila, Brandy, Liqueurs – or even unique spirits like Absinthe and Aquavit – the estimated 40 distillers and producers at TOAST will have it covered. TOAST allows small distillers and producers to showcase their handcrafted spirits, while providing an opportunity for the public to experience the diversity and quality of craft spirits from Oregon and beyond.
This year’s TOAST will feature 5 of Portland’s best chefs. Each chef will offer a selection of small bites throughout the evening. It’s all included in your ticket price while supplies last. Participating chefs include:
Elias Cairo of Olympic Provisions
Johanna Ware of Smallwares

This year’s TOAST has changed locations to a larger, more inviting setting at the beautiful Leftbank Annex in NE Portland (across from the Rose Garden). The change will be welcomed from the more challenging to maneuver World Trade Center. Plus the Left Bank Annex is ideal for arriving and departing on TriMet and Portland Streetcar to make this night as safe as possible.
