Bazi Bierbrasserie announces its first Belgian beer dinner in partnership with Logsdon Farmhouse Ales on Wednesday, November 30 starting at 7:00 PM.
The pre-fix dinner will consist of a 4-course meal including a Butternut Squash Soup, Pancetta Wrapped Asparagus Stoemp (a traditional Belgian dish), Steak & Frites, and a Bourbon Bread Pudding.
Each participant will receive a welcome beer as well as a beer pairing with each food item. The following Logsdon Farmhouse Ale beers have been selected for the event: Kili Wit – white beer, Seizoen – saison, Seizoen Bretta – saison style using bretta yeast, Ceresus – a Flanders style barrel aged tart red ale with cherries, and Pech’n Brett – an oak aged peach beer in a Seizoen
The Pech’n Brett and Ceresus are currently under production for the first time and will be released to beer enthusiasts in December.
