Beers to be Paired:
HYVE Honey Ale
This medium-bodied golden ale is brewed with local wildflower honey. Full-flavored beer. Rich. Robust. Bittersweet beginning. Quickly mellows, leaving the palate with a subtle hint of honey.
ABV:4% IBU:13
Hop Notch IPA
Simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.
ABV: 7.3% IBU: 82
Cockeyed Cooper Barley Wine
Exquisite flavors of bourbon with splashes of vanilla. Watch for currents of dark chocolate and dried fruit. Generous amounts of hops and malts make for a smooth journey from start to finish.

WYLD American Pale Ale
Brewed with organic barley malt and hopped just enough to tempt an IPA loyalist, Wyld Extra Pale Ale is USDA Certified Organic.

Labyrinth Black Ale
Discover the complex intermingling of black licorice and toasted oak in this multi-dimensional black ale. There are subtle hints of bittersweet chocolate. Flavors are enhanced when served cool, not frigid.
